Baghini -1968
Baghini was released on 1968 Bengali film starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Sandhya Roy, Bikash Roy, Robi Ghosh, Rakhi Gulzar(Guest), Ajoy Ganguly, Bhanu Banerjee, Jawar Roy, Tarun Kumar, Sukhen Das, Chhaya Devi, Basabi Nandi, Ruma Guha Thakurata, Renuka Roy. The Bengali film is directed by Bijoy Basu. Hemanta Mukhopadhyay scored the music in the film. The story is as Duggas father was also in the same business and Dugga and Chiranjib fall in love with each other. However Chiranjib does not want to make Dugga a part of his disturbed life. He decides to lead a normal life and but his house is raided by the police. Dugga is caught by Bhola while she tries to escape. In order to protect her modesty, Dugga kills Bhola (Robi Ghosh). Chiranjib accepts Dugga as his wife.
