Chhadmabeshi - Full Length Classic Bengali Movie - Uttam Kumar & Madhabi Mukherjee. Abanish Sen (Uttam Kumar) who marries Sulekha (Madhavi Mukherjee) decides to play a trick with his Brother In Law (Bikash Roy), a leading advocate in Allahabad High Court, who couldn't attend their marriage and have not seen him also. When he comes to know that his brother in law advocate Prasanta Ghosh needs a driver at his place Allahabad where he used to stay with family, Abanish plans to play a joke upon them. As per his plan, he goes to Allahabad and gets selected as the driver after a comic interview. Sulekha comes to Allahabad and tells Prasantya and Labanya (Anuva Gupta) (elder sister of Sulekha) that due to some important work, Abanish will come after a few days. In between this, Prasantya & Labanya notice the driver & Sulekha getting intimate. Eventually Sulekha & Gowrhari (Uttam Kumar) alias Abanish get out of the place without saying anything to anybody. On the other hand Subimal (Subhendu Chatterjee) Abanish's friend comes to Allahabad as Abanish and starts staying with Binay (Tarun Kumar) [another friend of Abanish] and his wife Latika (Sanita Biswas) feigning anger at the absence of Sulekha who is supposed to be his wife. Subimal falls in love with Basudha (Jotsna Biswas), Binay Sen's sister. After a huge drama truth finally comes out at the Engagement ceremony of Basudha & Subimal.
